Setting up Procedure for Canon MF240 Printer on the client computer.

1. Search for printers & scanners on the Windows Start menu & Choose Printers & Scanners

2. Choose Add a Printer or Scanner

3. Wait for its searching ( It will Not find the Printer ) and You will see The Printer I want isn’t listed -> Click on it

4. Choose Add a Printer using an IP address or hostname and click on Next

5. Choose Autodetect and Enter IP addresses 192.168.172.197 and Click Next

6. Set the Printer Name as Canon MF240 C107 Network Printer ( use same name for distinguishing from other printers ) and Click Next

7. Choose Do not share this printer and click Next and Finish

You can check the added printer in the Printers list
