Biography

Dr. Saravanan Balusamy is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad. He earned a Ph.D. from the INSA of Rouen in France and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom for four years. He has been conducting combustion experiments using optical diagnostic techniques. The primary goal of the research is to contribute to the development of more cost-effective, ultra-low-emission combustors.
