Welcome to Acoustics Lab

Our strategy in developing this lab facilities are "innovate, implement and teach Engineering Noise Control solutions".

Acoustics Lab will promote research in Engineering Noise Control and Sound Quality. This lab facility will help research in Noise source identification methodologies, different path solution development, acoustic material characterization and design for Sound quality. Most of the equipment in this lab can be customized based on test requirements due to their modular features.

We are interested to interact with industry to get better understanding of product design challenges and also identify research opportunities to develop ready to serve solutions. Other major important activity is teaching fundamental concepts in acoustics and vibration to students and conducting trainings for Industry acoustic practitioners.
